Celebrating and recognizing the most recent donations made in support of the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry
A frequent patient to the adult dental clinic has made an anonymous donation of $10,000 to support the Dentistry program. This donor recognizes the hard work and dedication of the staff and students and it is important to them to give back to their community.
Dr. Michael Meehan, MClD’97, has made a three-year pledge of $30,000 and Dr. Raj Shukla MClD’00, made a one-time gift of $10,000 to the Mamandras Fund to help establish the Dr. Antonios Mamandras Chair in Graduate Orthodontics. Both donors are making these donations in appreciation for Dr. Mamandras and the impact he had had on the Graduate Orthodontic Program.
Dr. Ronald Brown, DDS ’73 has made a generour reunion year gift of $4,800 designated toward the Dentistry Class of 1973 Award. This award benefits students with academic achievement and demonstrated financial need entering year one of the Doctor of Dental Surgery program.
